  • Can you represent me as a real estate agent?

Whether you decide to sell your own or buy a new home, our qualified agents here at Vested Wealth Investment, LLC can help. Our agents are licensed in the state of Texas and we can act on your behalf, providing you with advice and guidance when buying or selling a home. If you are in the market to buy or sell, it would be advisable to use a Vested Wealth Investment real estate agent. They can make recommendations on what terms and prices to offer as well as negotiating a deal with your best interest in mind. The best part of working with us is that the seller pays our fees not the buyer.

  • Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

As a buyer, you do not pay any fees or commissions for our service when we represent you on a deal. However, as a seller, we would list your property on multiple listing services and work extensively to secure a buyer within a reasonable timeframe. For this services, we charge seller a minimal fee of 6% of the listing price which is shared equally with the buyers’ agent.

  • How do I buy a property from Vested Wealth Investment?

The first step in the buying process begins with you signing up to be on our buyers list through our website. The buyers list is dedicated to investor buyers who are looking for real estate investment opportunities and have the ability to close in as little as two weeks preferably with cash or cash equivalent. Upon receiving your request to be added to our buyers list, someone from our team will contact you to help you learn about the process of buying a house and what to expect from us. You will also be given the opportunity to ask questions and tell us your preferences as well as build a relationship with us. Once we feel we have a strong idea of the type of house you are looking for, we will begin distributing the properties to you. All of the properties that we have are sold on a first come, first serve basis, which will save you time and effort.

  • How do I sell a property from Vested Wealth Investment?

We have a very simplified selling process. The first step is to submit your information and the information of the property you wish to sell. Someone from our team will contact you to discuss your specific situation. We schedule a time to inspect the property and present a cash offer which is good for seven days. Upon acceptance of the offer, we close in less than two weeks. It is that simple! We are cash home buyers which allows us to close super-fast, without all of the red tape that usually prolongs closings when buyers have to get loans from banks.

  • How can I become an investor/partner?

We are always looking for partners with likeminded individuals. VWI gives you a unique opportunity to pool resources with progressive minds that want to take advantage of, and cash in on the relatively stable invested opportunities that has been vigorous vetted by our team. Our typical investment promise to yield a return better than the typical market over a minimum of five years.

  • How long does the average buy / fix / sell take?

Generally, the average time to buy/ fix/ sell a property takes about 90 days to resell from the time of purchase. However, if there is a project that is going to yield a higher return, then it can take anywhere from six months to a year to complete the process and still be considered a good potential investment. As any good investor knows, when repairing and reselling a property, it is important to allow extra time for delays in case the process goes on a little longer.

  • What is the “buy / fix / sell” strategy?

The buy/ fix/ sell strategy is when you buy a property on the wholesale market, perform repairs on it to improve the value, and then quickly resell the property on the retail market.
